Smoked White Wine Garlic Shrimp

If you're camping near the coast or beach with bountiful shrimps, create a seafood dish enhanced with the citrusy taste of lemons. The Smoked White Wine Garlic Shrimp by Ely Perea @grilling4family is a quick and easy recipe that gives an interesting twist to the way you prepare, cook and serve shrimps.

Start by peeling and deveining the shrimps and layering them on a cast iron pan. Then cover them with a mixture of the following ingredients:

  • 2 sticks butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt,
  • Hardcore Carnivore Meat Chelada chili lime rub
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • Lemon juice from 1 lemon

Afterwards, smoke the dish at 250° to 275° for 15-20 minutes. Add some more lemon juice and chopped parsley for extra flavor and aroma.

Surf and Turf

Surf and Turf has been in America since the late 19th century and was popular in restaurants. It lost its hype in the 1920s and regained its popularity in the 1960s and 1970s.

This dish is often part of the main course and combines red meat and seafood. Today, we're featuring Surf and Turf by @themattdad as our rockstar chef prepares the dish the Cavemanstyle way i.e. in the great outdoors!

Check out this video:

As you can see, making the Surf and Turf is quite simple and quick.

  • Cover your steak with the seasoning of your choice such as the MaD seasoning, and cook it in a cast iron pan for 4 minutes on each side.
  • Season your shrimps with MaD Seasoning and old bay before tossing them into the steak.
  • Add whole Shishito peppers.
  • Squeeze some lemon lime.
  • Serve!

For some smoky flavor and aroma, cook this dish over an open fire with charcoal or wood chips of your choice.

This is a great dish to make when you're out on a picnic at the beach. So what are you waiting for?

Bow Ties and Feta

We believe that we eat with our eyes first, and thus, a dish that's prepared and cooked with good-looking ingredients will already taste great. That's what our Rockstar Chef Matt Starcher @themattdad thinks, too, as evident in his Bow Ties and Feta recipe!

His recipe calls for baby tomatoes in different colors that'll surely give the dish a colorful, pleasing visual appeal. Of course, there are also the Greek cheese feta, parmesan cheese and MaD Seasoning.

Why not check out his demonstration as he cooks the dish in the great outdoors? You'll also get to see him make his own forest-made bow tie pasta.
