I truly love the knife. Feels great in the hand, well balanced. Biggest downside is how sharp it’s claimed to be and it was when it came but used once to cut two steaks up and I am in need of putting an edge back on it, quality knife poorly sharpened or at least mine was.

Very sharp right out of the box. Comfortable to hold and use. Because of the blade material it does stain easily. Also rust may be an issue because of the carbon steel, I suggest coating the blade with a bit of olive oil or vegetable oil before use and after clean up to keep the blade looking new.

It's a very beautifully hand crafted knife. Unbelievably balanced. Pretty sharp when I got but could use a touch up. Haven't got to use to terrible much yet but the little bit I have used it so far has impressed me alot. Should work well with a feral rod.

The knife feels nice. It isn't quite as balanced and sharp as advertised. Still though, seems to be worth the money. It only took a few strokes on my sharpener and it took an edge well and is indeed now sharp. Haven't used it enough yet to tell how well it will hold the edge. So far, I'm pleased.

I love the knife it's great I would give this 5 stars but the only issue I have is with the sheath on the belt loop part it is just way too lose and the knife just flops around while on my side

Love this ultimo 2.0 knife! Came out of the box razor sharp and the quality is outstanding. So far I’ve used this knife to cut raw brisket, skirt/flank steaks, split racks of ribs and the ultimo 2.0 cut thru everything like it was butter! My knives are FANTASTIC! They feel like they were custom fitted just for my hand. I have ordered close to twenty (20) of the 2.0. I have given them as gifts and I have donated a few for raffles. Everyone that I have given as a gift are totally satisfied, the ones that I have donated people see it and they come find me to ask “WHERE & HOW “ to get one. Now I have just received my Utility knive and I am just blown away with it, I bought three(3) within a few minutes of opening the box I went from 3 to 2, my wife saw it and confiscated it, then my daughter’s boyfriend got the other one. In the kitchen it’s great, slices veggies ultra thin, then slices the toughest of meats. This one is a keeper. I highly recommend it!

This is my favorite knife. I have never purchased something so doggone sharp!! I've used it for my steak prep, finely sliced for my fajitas, thin sliced my tomatoes for my burgers, and HOLY CROW does it mince onions! I even busted my wife using it for our braided chicken skewers.

I bought these to gift for Christmas. One each for my brothers and stepsons. They are all outdoorsy. I kept one for myself. I was a bit apprehensive at first because there are many of the same type of knives under different brands on the internet. I wasn’t sure if these would be chintzy. But they are very sturdy with good heft. They felt balanced and sharp. I won’t be able to comment on their practical use until after Christmas Day. So, initially very favorable!

Sadly I was out of town when the knife arrived. But I was elated with the craftsmanship and quality after I unboxed it. Using a bamboo cutting board, I cut potatoes, onions, veggies & lastly some meat. I washed the knife after, dried it and was very impressed with the fact that afterwards, it still shaved the hair off my arm considering how many strikes and blade rubs it took on that bamboo. Impressive craftsmanship.

I personally would have given more for a quality sheath to accommodate the knife though. The sheath simply doesn’t do this knife justice. I would even purchase a quality sheath from you for it.
