I keep the Caveman out, as I use it on most everything. Easy to keep & stays very sharp. Beautiful knife. The best in my collection. Great deal, as I am in the process of getting the “buy 3 get 3 free. 3 brown & 3 black with sheaths. There is going to be some very happy hunters.

Once again, Cavemanstyle has offered up another AWESOME piece of meat carving amazement! This cleaver is as beautiful as it is usable. An amazingly well balanced smooth operating, practical piece of meat cutting greatness! I like it so much I purchased a second as a gift for a fellow hunter. It made this man, whose nickname is "Big Country" eyes tear up. He used it this afternoon processing a deer his son harvested and called to ask me where I got it from and if the company has other style pieces of artwork. Just got this knife for Christmas and used it to do a traditional meal that involves cutting up a lot of raw meat from several large pork and beef roasts. I have used a few different fancy knives in the past, but this one did the job better than any knife I have previously used. I'm not sure if it was the San Mai steel, or the blade shape, but very VERY perfect for the job. I have a feeling I this knife is going to be my favorite in the kitchen.
