When you receive the knife, we recommend wiping off the oil, washing the blade, wiping it dry, and applying cooking oil. This simple care routine will ensure the longevity and performance of your knife.
Knife's care?
Always hand wash and dry the knife after each use, avoiding machine washing. Regularly apply a light coating of oil (cooking oil works well) to the blade. For sharpening, we recommend using a high-quality sharpening tool to maintain the original 15° angle.
