Grill Temperature: Medium-high heat (around 375°F to 400°F or 190°C to 204°C)

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of pork tenderloin
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon of grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
  • Skewers

Directions:

  1. Cut the pork tenderloin into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, honey, rice vinegar, and minced garlic.
  3. Add the pork pieces to the marinade and let them marinate for at least 30 mins.
  4. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  5. Thread the marinated pork pieces onto skewers.
  6. Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning them occasionally, until the pork is cooked through and slightly charred.
  7. Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the skewers before serving.
